Refund policy
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Big Bennys Clothing Shop. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

4. The Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at hassanofecom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged product), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email the manager at hassanofecom@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
